Well, I can't believe another Monday is here. I have lost nothing, but it is purely because of the walking that I haven't gained anything. SO I still feel that it is a win.

Strawberry Pudding Parfaits
Prepare instant sugar free pudding (I use vanilla) according to the directions.
Clean and chop strawberries.
Layer pudding and strawberries in a goblet.
Top with a scoop of sugar free cool whip.
Refrigerate!

That sounds good. I don't know what's wrong with me. I've cut down a lot and cut out a lot and excercise a little more and I'm gaining. :(

Good luck with losing weight. The strawberry parfait sounds good. Sweets are my down fall. I love sweets! I'm so glad nicer weather is here and I can go out and walk now.
