Well, I did get my walking in last week. I felt that was a positive change. I haven't been watching so much what I put in my mouth, but adding some exercise I think will help balance life a bit.
So, Sharon asked us to post a soup recipe. Drum roll please. . .
New England Clam Chowder (low fat style)
In your crockpot add,
11 ounces shredded hashbrowns
2 cans 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
1 can 98% ff cream of celery soup
1 pint of ff half and half
pepper
2 TBSP real bacon pieces
2 cans of minced clams (with juices)
My crockpot seems to cook a bit high, so I cook this on low for about 4 hours. You'll know it is ready when the hashbrowns are tender.
This is a delicious soup anytime. All of my friends I have shared this recipe with over the years like it. Enjoy.
What positive changes have you made recently?

My positive change - I'm quitting smoking! But I think that's going to make me eat more... let's hope not! The chowder recipe sounds yummy. I'm sure my husband would love it. I hope Buddy is feeling better today!
Oooh, that looks good. It's a good thing it's not the traditional recipe, 'cause there's nothing low-cal about that LOL.
YUMMY! Sounds wonderful!
That sounds very good. Thanks for posting your recipe. You good girl you!!!
Boy that sounds so good!!! Great job on your quilt in your previous post!
i am so glad that you kept up with your walking! i remember you were talking about it so great job on the follow through!
That soup looks so easy, I love easy soup, especially in the crock pot...what would a sewing addict do without a crock pot....think about dinner once in the morning, leave it and go sew all day...Everyone thinks you have been cooking all day! :)
