Well, I haven't lost any weight. But, I did walk 3 times last week and I can feel it around my trouble area...my ribs/belly. I really haven't been dieting more like reigning myself in a bit and trying to get some exercise. I feel good. I wish I would have taken some measurements.
SO, I would call this last week a success. More next week!

Sounds like you're doing really good. I was just informed by my doctor today that I need to loose some weight. He said he didn't want to depress me but thought I should see who my weight has climbed in the past two years, I'm 16 pounds more than I was in 2007.
Me again, typo in my last memo. It's how my weight has climbed by 16 pounds, not who. I know who and I guess I know why, eating too much fast food and snacks.

Good going! Walking 3x last week is good. I only got 1 day in. But I'm working on it. Went to the gym yesterday and I'm going again today.
A big yeah for you!!!! I need to follow in your footsteps and get some exercise in to my week!!
