Find your happy weight. I read this article about how to determine your goal weight. Perhaps you'd like to read it too.
As far as weight loss goes, I have not been making good choices. Could I help it that my husband goes to a sausage making party and comes home with 13 pounds of brats? Could I make this stuff up? NO, I could not. Just doing my part to help it all fit in the freezer, that is all I am saying. Did I mention it had cheese in it? Delicious. Oh, and so were the chips and dip I had on the side. I see you rolling your eyes over there....seriously my husband piled them on my plate. Okay, maybe he didn't. I need to climb back on this thing and commit. On a positive note, I have made arrangements to start walking after work with a co-worker.

Thanks for the link to the "happy weight" article. I have never been able to figure out whether I am med or large framed so apparently my happy weight is between 129 and 135. Interesting!
Woot! on having a walking partner... that is a very good thing!
Hmmmm... a sausage party, never heard that one before. Although, it sounds delicious, it definitely does not make for a good weight loss.
A sausage party...OMW I would be in trouble. Good that you did your part so it could fit in the fridge. Off to find out my happy weight!
Your walking partner sounds wonderful...it always helps to have a partner in this...when one doesn't want to go the other will motivate. I'm going to find my happy weight.
Did you say sausage and cheese in the same sentence??? And then you topped it of with chips. LOLOL A girl after my own heart. Ok seriously STOP IT!!!!
My daughter did a little mini video clip of me...I look like I am expecting? I have started watching what I eat...and then the girl-scouts came to call....dread!

Hahaha -- you're my kinda girl. Who could pass up a plate of yummy brats! At least you're walking!
i saw the happy weight thing too on yahoo - i totally didn't think to save it, i'm glad you pointed others to it. good deal on getting a walking partner! i just picked up the eat-clean diet book (but it's not a diet diet, it's changing the way you eat) so hopefully next monday i'll be able to fill you ladies in on some of that.
I can imagine those sausages were so good, so you enjoyed them. This week, don't eat any. Yes a walking partnet will help. I read something once, "If you want something you've never had you must do something you've never done." I try to remember this when I am loosing weight( which I am right now) and think, "If I want to loose this weight, I must walk) something I haven't been doing until 2 weeks ago. I have lost 2.5 lbs. in 2.5 weeks. Thanks for the support, and I love your quick quilt!
