Strawberry Shortcake Pincushions pattern by Fig Tree Quilts

So, if you have been around here for a while you know I love Fig Tree Quilts.  Just love it.  Fabric.  Patterns.  That sweet designer herself, JoAnna.  Love it all.  I just had to buy this pattern when I found it.  I found it on Fig Tree Quilts website.  Here are my strawberries.  I did have problems trying to get the greens a bit more 3-d.  But the last one turned out the best, practice I guess makes perfect.

I need more work on this kind of sewing project.  My hand stitches....ughgh.  That is all I will say about that.

How are your pincushions coming?  Remember, you must ship by the 26th and that is less than 3 weeks away!

I have a sick little boy at my house.  I sure hope he feels better tomorrow.

Hope your little guy is all better soon! Your strawberries are very cute. I love Fig Tree too and ALMOST snagged some Patisserie last week. It was in my basket, on my invoice, and my credit card was charged, but was told someone else got it first!

Those strawberries are just too cute!

Well, so far I've made the basic small square pincushion - I know - boring. And now I'm trying to make the 'Handy Dandy' pincushion. My hand stitches are...ughgh...too. lol! I've also got the bottle cap pincushion to try next. Then I can decide what I want to send Jen.

I hope your little guy gets to feeling better.

Like Michelle I have a three square "Tuffets" but yes they are a little boring. So will hunt for an interesting one.
Love the Strawbeery though. I am also not a good hand stitcher.

Hope your little fella is better soon.

Oh No! Poor little Buddy -- although, it's no surprise with this up and down weather. I hope he feels better soon. Maybe he could play with those cute little strawberries to cheer him up!

They look great! And I hope Buddy feels better. Give him some ice cream for breakfast. That will cheer him up. :)

I love the strawberries. They are so cute. Although the Fig Tree line is not my personal style I love it's classic femininity.
