Make Life Fun...Play with your scraps

Welcome to Dandelion Quilts' Scrappy Edition.  So I had some fun Make Life scraps and these coordinating cute buttons.  What is a girl to do, right?  These bags are from the pattern Little Glam Bags by Pink Sand Beach Designs.  I struggled with the zippers, I will be honest.

Just for kicks, another shot of Buddy.  This is his newest, most favorite shirt.  LOL.  It is getting a lot of wear.  Look at those long legs!  How am I going to keep him in pants???

I have that pattern... yours turned out lovely!

Any hints on the zipper issue?

Spotted these bags in a picture on your previous post. Was wondering about them. They're too cute. I just saw a tip for zippered bags on Amy's Creative Side this morning. It was half a tutorial and made zippers look easy.

Very cute little bags! And Buddy looks pretty happy. ;-) No advice on how to keep them from growing out of their jeans~except the worn jeans make great raggy quilts. ;-) Have a happy day!

Those are DARLING bags! I always struggle with zippers, maybe I don't do enough of them...ugh. Your bags sure don't look like you struggled!

Buddy is such a handsome guy - I know all about trying to keep up with growth spurts, lol! My guys are SO skinny and tall!

Haha -- just you wait until the FEET start growing. When my kids were Buddy's age, a friend with an older son told me that she was shocked one day when she realized that her son had "man feet". Then it happened to me. You're next LOL!

Those little bags are super cute. I even have lots of those buttons. Maybe I should actually USE them!!!

Your little bags (and Buddy) are adorable! I hate zippers, so I can sympathize with you on that part of the project.
