BAD LOSER, BUT GOOD BUDDY

I am sorry to say that I have not been a good loser this last week. I have no excuses. I just felt like eating. Husband was trying to quit smoking. He was eating everything, so I guess I did too! Oh dear. Anyway, this is a new week. I have stocked up on good foods and I am ready to return to some good habits.

We even had some sunshine today. Perhaps spring will follow soon and I can get some walking in.

On a fun note, I had the day off today that allowed me to go with Buddy on his field trip to Gym Jesters. He had a lot of fun on the trampoline and in the foam pit.

Looks like you will get back on track. The foam looks comfy. They sure didn't have that stuff when my kids were small. LOL

Definitely a good thing to get back on track quickly. Don't worry you will do well this week. Looks like your little buddy had a fun time.

good to get back on track and to start that by stocking up on healthy foods! remember snacking is good for you so long as you make the right choices!

He is sooooo adorable -- what a blast. Especially the foam pit.

And don't stress too much about your non-loss. Your fridge looks as if it's got some yummy healthy snax.

Looks like Buddy had a good time with you yesterday. Get back on track and I can totally understand the eating while not smoking. I haven't quit (yet) but my workplace went 100% smoke-free Jan. 1st so I have to walk away from the building if I want one... I'm too lazy so in turn, I snack all day. HEY! I think I just found my problem! LOL.

Way to get back on track. We've all been there, and we are all here to support each other. And that Buddy, what a sweet guy he is!
Great photos!!

One of my favorite diet treats is sugar free pudding, if you mix it with 1/2 soy milk and 1/2 water you get better protein and SWEET YUMMY pudding. I keep it in the frig all the time....that and sugar free jello, then I don't feel so deprived! Thanks for the valentine Swap!
