Summer poncho

I made this towel poncho based on some photo inspiration from Pinterest. This is a terrible night shot but really this towel is bubblegum pink! Quite cute. It was a gift for our little friend Ava. A quick project, less than an hour from start to finish. I made the center hole 16 inches but would probably do 14 next time.

The "tail" of two mice

Aren't these mice cute? The pattern is a Fig Tree Quilts pattern and the material is Nicey Jane. Cute!

Q and A about the mixer cover

Oh so glad you all liked those mixer covers as much as I did. Now to answer your questions. Did I follow a pattern or tutorial? Yes and no. Helpful, right? I found a tutorial online, but I really only used her pattern pieces, which I ended up extending by 3/4 an inch on all pieces. Let me say, had I followed the instructions, my life may have been easier. Don't ask me why I just didn't as I really have no reason to my madness. Below is the link to the tutorial.
