New York Beauty...there she is....

I had a class over the weekend at my favorite quilting store, Mabelena's. It was a blast. Everything done there is done with style. I just love it. Brenda, the owner, treated us to spice tea. I must say it was a fun mama break. I came home and was able to finish this block. NOT TOO BAD for my first paper piecing journey, huh?

TOP SECRET Project

Sorry it has been so long since my last blog, but ..... drumroll please, I have been working on a top secret project for a friend. Here's a small picture, a smidgen' of a taste, until the said friend receives the package in the mail! I was so excited to receive this back from the quilter...didn't she do an awesome job! How cute is that bunny????

18 Inches of Snow

So, we have had a major snow blast here. Eighteen inches of snow effectively shut down just about everything including the county snow plows! We've been having our own blasts though. I finished up these cute bibs for baby Hunter's shower! The purse is a birthday present.
