I actually accomplished a lot during my Friday Night Sew In time. I worked on a few odds and ends to finish up the baby present.
First up, some personalized burp clothes that coordinate with the baby quilt. I was very pleased with these. They turned out great. I just love the fabrics, too.
You will also see some bibs in that shot. That pattern came from the last Quilts and More edition. It is a pattern by Camielle R. Very easy.
I also personalized these wash clothes. Doesn't look like much, but each took close to a half an hour.
All in all, we say this was a success! Have a good weekend and don't forget to give your dad a big hug.
You must have an embroidery machine! I'm jealous! Everything you did is darling. Good job!
ReplyDeleteLove the burps. The embroidery looks great Kris and I totally understand the time they each take. I need to snap a picture of what I got finished yesterday.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Those are really useful items too for wee ones.
ReplyDeleteVery cute baby things! I'll let you know what Iwant on my washcloth. LOL!
ReplyDeleteAwesome goodies to go with the quilt! You must be the favorite baby gift giver in you family!!!

ReplyDeleteIs it Fathere's Day over your way??
OMG, great job on the machine embroidery. So true with it being time consuming at times but well worth it.
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time participating in the FNSI, so I was very happy to get something accomplished.
