Summer celebration giveaway
Summer vacation is nearly here! I think that is as good of a reason as any to host a giveaway. Summer makes me think of the outdoors greening up, so I have a 5 FQ pack to offer up this time. The fabric is Sweetwater's Make Life. To enter simply leave a comment telling me 1 thing you look forward to this summer. I'm buying a house and moving to be closer to family this summer. It's a new beginning, a change, a challenge all rolled into one!

It is a semi sad summer...my youngest will leave the nest for college. I'm such a sap! I've signed on to follow Heather...loved that MOUSE!! I need to find my pattern.. Fig Tree right?

I can't wait for my daughter and her fiancé to come for a visit from far away!
The thing that I look forward to is warmer weather where we can go to the park and play. We are in winter now and we cant get outside as its too wet.

I am looking forward to time on the lake and BBQ's. Made burgers, corn on the cob and potato salad today, with angel food cake, homemade ice cream and strawberries for dessert. MmmMmm. this is summer. :)
I think that the thing I am most looking forward to about this summer is my hubby coming home at the end from his one year deployment. I know that the next 3 months are just going to.pass by in a blur!

I love that there is NO homework! I love taking my kids out to have FUN at the beach, library, breakfast out, picnics, whatever we can come up with!

Moda Make Life is my all time favorite collection! We recently moved to Europe so I am really excited to spend time with my family touring other countries and exploring quilt shops on this side of the world!!

This year, at school, I have been assigned to the 4th grade. I want you all to know 4th graders aren't little cute and huggable like the younger ones. They really do things that annoy you. I am looking forward to my 2 months off to read and sew and relax :)

Family reunion in Buffalo New York. We always have a great time. It is fun to meet up with family, even if it is only a couple of days.
Well it is winter over here so I am most looking forward to snuggling under quilts while watching TV with my hubby in the evenings!! Just not looking forward to getting up on all those cold mornings!! :)
